Hi, I am didmis and love SCOTMAMA. That is why I joined the team.
My goal weight is 152. In February 2007 I started with TOPS and SPARK and lost 52 pounds (from 204) in exactly 9 months.
I became the queen of our district and was crowned and also became a KOPS
TOPS is take off pounds sensibly; Kops is Keep off pounds sensibly.
I did gain some weight because of a lot of stress from t he group so left that group and joined another where I reached my goal weight again. Since then I have stayed within goal. I can gain 3 pounds or lose 7 pounds and stay with goal but like to stay at 150 or less.
Our weigh in day is Monday which is hard on me as I leave for church early on Sunday and cannot take my water pills. I begin swelling and retaining water.
I have had that problem for years of the swelling.
