Congratulations on sorting yourself out early! I'm in my 30s and in some very seroius debt. Just as I resolved to get out of it, I became ill and ran up loads of med expenses on top of it. Now I'm taking it a day at a time and trying to make heathy choices for myself in every respect.

I am a young mother of two and my husband just recently joined the Marines. We are high school sweethearts. The sad thing is that we have been in debt since we moved in together after my first semester of college which was 5 1/2 years ago. I have just recently been able to pay off all of my husband and I's debt except for his truck loan which I have paid most of the way off. Now the only thing we have are our monthly living expenses. I never thought we would ever get to this point. We were drowning in debt, so I NEVER want to be back in that situation again. Stephanie
