I really love sweets, so I know where you are coming from, I'm new here but wanted to let you know a few of my faves are sugar free chocolate pudding, and hershey kisses ( I eat 2 at the most. This usually does the trick for me.
I like to keep the 100 calorie packs aroud. I can satisfy my sweet tooth while not overindulging. I myself am refusing to diet this time around. It never works for me and I go crazy wanting what I can't have. I'm working on lifestyle changes...small goals that become permanent habits. Good luck!

Why is it, I can go months without eating snack foods, but when I decide to go on a diet, all I want to eat is cakes, candy and fried foods?
It is ridiculous! Here I am (only on day three of my new routine) and I am dying for chocolate (which I don't even really like).

What are some sweets that I can eat without blowing my diet? I typically have plenty of calories and fat left over each day, I just don't want to destroy the progress I am making.
