Welcome Tracy. I too am new to SP. I agree with what everyone else said, just try to take it one day at a time and don't focus too much on the big picture. Things get overwhelming that way. I have 141 pounds to lose (well I did, now I have 117.6........lol) and I just take it one meal at a time. If I want a sweet fix, I have one or two individually wrapped Dove dark chocolates or a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich. I totally know how you feel about having no "me" time. My "me" time is my commute to/from work....lol. I have two kids also, an 8 yo and a 21 mo old. Good luck.

Welcome, Tracy!!! You have turned to a GREAT site for help!! You will find support and caring here like you have never seen. My first advice, is try to focus on one thing at a time. I have a problem with this too, but I'm discovering you don't get as overwhelmed. Second, ask for help!! I know, us women/ moms aren't supposed to need help, but we do. Ask for it, you will get support and answers like you wouldn't believe! Check out people's spark pages, add some friend's and voila, there you go, support team central! Welcome to the group Tracy! What helps me is to NOT look at the big picture everyday. I take it one day at a time. And sometimes hour by hour, if you get my meaning. I can celebrate the small, good, healthy decisions that way. I also find a little lift by thinking about what is going right in my life. As overwhelming as it can seem sometimes, you have what it takes to do this. You are a strong woman...you know you are...you have 2 children, need I say more Even if you start with doing something small for yourself everyday, that's a beginning! I am Tracy from warm and sunny Florida. A mom of 2 a seven year old and a two year old. I need HELP. Do I sound desperate enough?I work full time and I feel like there is never enough time in the day between work, taking care of the house and family, soccer,volunteer obligations and helping my ill mother. I feel like there is never any time for me and I am always tired. I know I am whining millions of women do this everyday too.HELP.I need to lose 125 pounds and it seems overwhelming. I usually eat a well-balanced diet but when I get stressed (alot) I turn to chocolate and I cannot seem to get motivated to exercise and stick to it. I walk or bike ride with the hubby and kids but I need to do more. How was this for an Intro? I apologise for venting soo much but it feels good to get it off my chest. I feel great that I joined this site with so many people we all need a pep talk now and then.
