I was told only to weigh myself once a week or every other week. Because your weight fluctuates daily. You also have to take in consideration if your retaining water, if your premenstrual, and so on. Plus if you weigh yourself everyday you become obsessed with your weight and that's not healthy. So don't get frustrated and try to weigh yourself once a week. If you do gain weight don't beat yourself up for it-remember muscle weighs more than fat, and your building muscle while your exercising. Stay positive and don't give up.
Hi all. I am a little upset this morning. i was down 9 pounds as of yesterday but this morning when i weighed myself the scale went up 4 pounds. I did not eat anything wrong yesterday i stayed with in my calories and did my 30 min of cardio. i do cardio 7 days a week. what could be the problem? I DON'T to GET discouraged but this is crazy. i have 2 different scales i weighed myself on. can someone please HELP!!!! me and let me know that it is just a mistake.
