Hi all, my name if Valerie and I am just about 6 weeks postpartum with my third child. I am ready to lose this weight! I told my doctor about this site and she said that it was awesome so I decided to give it a try in earnest. My pregnancy weight was 338 and right now I am at 316 or so. My initial goal weight is 250 lbs. I will go from there once I reach that goal. Some of the challenges that I am facing right now are the inability to exercise face down on the floor because of a massive flap of skin on my lower abdome that extends over my groin area. In addition to that, I need to regain endurance, strength, and flexibility after being sedentary for so long. Finally, I would love to find some kind of activity that I love that will also get me some exercise without me knowing it LOL.
