Hi there, I am Michelle. I signed up w/ SP back in 2007, but never really started. I am ready to make changes now and looking forward to meeting more people for support. I have tried this weight loss thing on my own for the past few years and have not been successful. So I am taking the advice I give to others, "if what you are doing is not bringing positive results, try something new"....
