This month I will turn 39. I am 80 pounds overweight. EIGHTY. Today I am motivated to track my foods and do some exercise.
Tomorrow, maybe I'll still be motivated. Next week? Ummm, not so much. There's always an excuse - kids, work, exams, chores, period, tired, whatever.
I need help.
I've been a member of SP for over a year. Possibly more. I've only come here too sporadically track my foods/exercise/body stats. And to "lurk" around at others' blog entries to try and gain some more motivation.
So today, while I'm in the right mindset, I'm finally putting keystroke to ether and asking for support.
