So excited to find this team!
My husband and I gave up processed food, eating out, and other things for the new years. We have been having so much fun learning to do things that were probably common knowledge just a few generations ago: making our own chicken stock, making our own coconut milk (ok, most places don't do that - but here on island was a traditional practice!), and trying to grow our own herbs! We've also started trying to make our own mayonnaise and salad dressings, and all sorts of fun things!
It's so exciting learning to get back to basics, and learn to use the kitchen to MAKE food, not just eat purchased things :)
