I'm a 37 year old Mom of two boys (7 & 17) and have been married for 8 years. I've recently joined SP and know that I need motivation to start this journey and inspiration to keep it going. I have always been the over weight sister and friend. For once in my life (hopefully before I hit 40) I would like to be the average sister and friend. I have an outgoing personality and imagine my self image a lot different than what I see in the mirror. Imagine my shock every morning to see someone else in the mirror staring back at me. It's just not me and I need to find myself. I would really appreciate friendship for motivation and those little hints that help you succeed. I am creating a goal to lose 100 lbs in 1 year. I know it's attainable, but the motivation has to start today....what the heck is exercise?!?!? LOL!
