Ok I guess all that's left is the long term goals

I quite soda for 6 months but it wasn't helping me loose weight so i started drinking it again... i have sooo much more energy so o well.

I still havent touched fast food. 9 months now!!

I wanted to loose 25lbs this year and i was down 12 when i last posted but i gained it all back so starting over and i'll try to loose the same 12 i guess.

drink 2 qts of water a day. I'm only drinking 1 now but i'm going to work on increasing it.

learn 4 new meals this year * 3 down 1 to go :)

walk/run 45min 6 days a week sigh...... starting all over again

Re invest in the studio this year * did that.


I also plan on tracking my mileage this year to see how far i can go. *HA didn't happen!!!

It's now time to look at my goals again. they were:

What are your short term goals?
learn two new meals emoticon
drink 1qt of water a day emoticon
walk/run 15min 6 days a week
track 3 days a week
not buy anything not business related for Jan&Feb emoticon

I did some running/walking and i did track but i wasn't consistent enough. I have lost around 12 lbs during this time. I'm stuck right now gaining and loosing the same 4lbs. so It's time to step it up a little. I'm also going to add to my orignal list of goals


What are your medium term goals?
learn two new meals
walk/run 30min 6 days a week (I have to change this to 4 days or i'll never make the goal)
track 4 days a week
*hike a mt with my dad once a month (we have been already been on this goal since the start of the year)

What are your long term goals?
Quit soda for good this time *4months going strong!!!!!
loose 25lbs this year * down 12 that's like half way there :)
drink 2 qts of water a day * i'm soooo doing this every day because of not drinking soda
learn 4 new meals this year * 2 down 2 to go :)
walk/run 45min 6 days a week where will i find the time???????
track 6 days a week yuck time suck. :(

Great goals ladies! Here's to 2013

Short-Term (Before the end of March 2013)
1. Complete the Dallas Rock and Roll Half Marathon in March in under 2:30.
2. Lose 10 pounds.
3. Find a job and create a new working routine of cooking and working out.
4. Create and follow a strict budget for when we donít have jobs and are living off our savings.
5. Find free ways to spend time with DH at least one night each month.
6. Finish the first 5 weeks of the 14 week Real Food Pledge and establish those habits into our lives.

Medium-Term (Before the end of July 2013)
7. Be comfortable in my body so that I want to wear a bikini.
8. Lose 25 pounds.
9. Finish weeks 5-10 of the 14 week Real Food Pledge and establish those habits into our lives.
10. Connect with a new group of friends since we are leaving the others behind (with all of the things we will be dealing with until we have jobs, I didnít want this one in the short term goals).

Long-Term (Before the end of December 2012)
11. Train and complete a full marathon.
12. Lose 35 pounds and be at my goal weight.
13. Be eating only Real Food (no processed food Ė great blog about it at http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/).
14. Be saving and planning for purchasing our own home.
15. Potty train Arianna.

Continuous Goals for All of 2013
16. Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.
17. Workout at least 5 days a week.
18. Track my food.
19. Eat 2 fruit servings and 3 vegetable servings a day.

No time like the present right?

Lose 10 pounds
Drink less alcohol
Drink more water
Get back to running
Be less stressed out
Exercise

What are your medium term goals?
Lose 20 pounds
Drink alcohol only on the weekends
Drink 8 cups of water
Run more than one 5K
Do Yoga
Exercise

What are your long term goals?
Maintain my weight loss
Keep my alcohol intake to a minimum and only on the weekends
Drink more than 8 cups of water
Run all the time
Find balance with work and pleasure
Exercise

Overall, I like this list...took some ideas from everyone and incorporated some of my own things that are always vexing me in one way or another...alcohol and exercising are my worst two....too much of one and not enough of the other.

Okay, so it is about time to hammer my goals down.

What are your short term goals?
Complete the Couch to 5K
Track my calories at least 3 days a week (stole this one from Jamie :))
Once I am out of coffee, do not buy any more and drink tea instead
Drink 8 cups of water a day

What are your medium term goals?
Run the Fort Wayne Half Marathon in September
Track my calories at least 4 days per week
Drink 12 cups of water a day

What are your long term goals?
No soda at all in 2013 unless it is in a mixed drink
Track my calories 6 days/week
Drink 16 cups of water a day
Experiment with apple cider vinegar and lemon that so many people seem to like
Read a book for pleasure
Go out on a date with my husband once a month
potty train my daughter
Take progress pictures
Keep working on decorating my new house. Decorating is not something I enjoy, but it needs to be done.
Lose 8 lbs

Those are great goals Jamie! I'm going to start thinking about mine. In 2013 I want to actually be able to say that I accomplished my goals!
