I lost 25 pounds 4 years ago with Spark People. I am now 53 and have gained back 15 of those pounds. My goal is to loose 15 pounds by October 7, but it is a struggle. No matter how much I watch what I eat or how much I exercise, I can't loose it! My husband and I did Insanity and he lost over 20 lbs. and I lost 5. So frustrating! But I am not giving up and am starting to track everything through Spark People. I appreciate any tips and advice!
