You know when I hit 50 everything started going down hill. Between menopause and inflammatory arthritis and all the meds I'm on especially the Prednisone all I'm doing is gaining weight. I'm not very good at dieting because there are so many different things out there and it just confuses me. Do I count calories, points, watch fat or carbs. I just have no idea. I need help and I'm hoping that someone out there can tell me what I need to do.
