Greetings Ladies, I am happy to have found you. My name is Adinda and i am from Holland. I try to eat right, drink right (water ofcourse:) ) Love fitness, nordic walking and indoor rowing. Still thinking i was a young "godess" i forgot to warm up more for exercising, result injuries, had to stop for a while, combined with the menopause i am suddenly a whopping 95 kilo, i can not believe my scale. I keep on doing what i am doing, but somehow the 95 kilo sticks to me.But i am not ashamed for my body. I go swimming in a sports bikini. If gentlemen can let theit big belly's float so will i. But i am looking forward very much to see that belly flatten again. I am wishing you all much success!
Hi all, I am new as of yesterday! I am excited to be started this plan but concerned that my weight loss will be slower because of menopause problems. Good to be here though and looking forward to the journey!

Hello, I'm new too and having the menopausal difficulties with weight gain and body changes. Nice to have others with the understanding. Have just signed up for a nice swim class at the County College but am feeling concerned about getting in the pool with a bunch of 20 year olds. Might buy a nice bathing suit that has a skirt attached to cover some of my problem areas. Hope to get some exercise from the swimming. Welcome and Happy New Year to you. Patty
