Good evening, I am a newbie to this website. I have 40 pounds to lose and am determined to get this flubber off so my muscles can shine thru. I have a personal trainer and strength train 3 days a week and am doing cardio at least 5 times a week. Looking forward to participating in this website. So far, I enjoy everything i am doing.
My one question is why does the Fitness tracker not record calories for weight training. if I do strength training for 30 minutes and cardio for 30 minutes it is only giving me calorie credit for the cardio and it appears I am not making my goal. is there something i am not doing right? Thx.
