I'm not new to SP either, but both my computer and I have been - shall we say - unwell? I seem to have hit a "new normal" and the computer repair man is coming tomorrow so I hope to be back to not only looking up all friends, but making new ones - expecially those who know what I'm dealing with now. After so many years of keeping track of nothing but calories, I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and must change my diet.and eat ;low/no salt! I am also on a blood thinner so have to watch out for foods high in vitamin K. So glad I enjoy recipes and reading cook books! In the last week I have found some very interesting and helpful books and websites. Any suggestions about which you have found most helpful? If the computer man is successful and I can send out mail and messages consistently, I'll be back. Thanks again for being here - more about me if you wish on my page. Happy low salt, people - Meri
