Hi, Read all labels for sodium content. Buy fresh or frozen vegetables. Cook without salt. Many food items have natural sodium, stay away from them...celery, tomatoes, shrimp. There are books at the library,or book store you can purchase to guide you. Best of luck with Christ's Blessings. Ask Him for guidance, He's always around Barbara

Hi! I'm a 65-year old grandmother who had a massive heart attack in early July. I am working diligently to live without a lot of sodium and would appreciate any help I can get.
