Hi my name is Christine and i have high cholesterol and prediabetes i have been using the plate method and i went from 168 pounds to 153 i was told by my nutritionist that i need to lose weight so i don't get diabetes so far i am doing good, i really love sparkpeople because i can track my food that i eat every day, i am looking for some ground chicken recipes that i can make that are low sodium and i am also looking for some recipes that are low sodium, for vegetables, chicken dinners, any recipes that have low sodium
