Starting a low sodium diet was really an eye opener for me Marge. I worked at it gradually and now am down to between 1400-1600 mg.consistently per day. At this point I'm doing well, but I have developed some angina problems so I may have to take it down a little more in the coming days.
At first it was an adventure to discover the sodium in everything. Then it was a challenge to create, remake and explore low sodium, recipes. But since I haven't been feeling so well lately, it has been more of a chore to keep up with the work of doing low sodium cooking. But I definitlely want to stick with it to feel better!
I'm hoping to find and share some great low sodium recipes. Bonnie

So you think you can go low sodium? Remember all living things contain sodium. So the foods you eat already has sodium in it, so count sodium in. I also learned low sodium needs to be rinsed especially for people with heart disease. Hello I'm Marge and I'm here to lean, give and join the low sodium team.
Yo ticker! Please move down. 222-223 is not happening. Come on 220, we'll start from there okay? Ugh, ugh, turtle moving!
