Hi there! My name is Natalie and I want to find ways to reduce my sodium intake. I never add extra salt to my foods except for a pinch here or there when cooking fresh veggies from my garden and even then it just depends on what it is. I always assumed that my sodium intake was just fine until I joined this site a little over a month ago and started tracking my meals. WOW is all I can say! I've found out that I regularly consume between 3500 - 5000 mg. of sodium on a daily basis! I have no idea where to start. I don't eat a lot of fast food but rely on a lot of canned and premade items which I'm sure I will need to cut out. Please help me with recipes I can make ahead of time and freeze to eat throughout the week.
