I had problems with fruit ( grapes especially).. I never though of all the fluid in them.. now I eat bananas, plums, and apples mostly.. Oranges bother me a little too, but grapes came in a huge bag, and i would eat all of it, and then i would be gasping for air.
good luck keeping the situation under control

I take 40 mg of Lasix and a potassium supplement to rid my body of excess fluid. It is working quite well, but I must be very careful about daily sodium intake.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea almost 3 years ago. Being on a bi-pap machine for 3 years, the damage done to my cardiovascular and respiratory system has been reversed and pretty much repaired.
I am 5'11" tall and weigh 219. My goal is to get down to 212 ... and then perhaps another 13 pounds. I love Sparks program!
