Hello, I am Heather, new to this group, but not to SparkPeople. I have been struggling with high blood pressure and made it a goal for the new year to decrease my sodium intake, and increase my exercise. Shopping has been interesting, I am often surprised by the amount of salt/sodium in MOST of the foods I was buying, so have been looking for low-sodium replacements. Am hoping to find some extra support and recipe ideas, as well as to share my recipe experiments in low-sodium cooking with all of you.
