I've been on SparkPeople for about a month now, and seeing awesome results. I joined this group because if it isn't salty, I don't want it. I've learned how bad the amount of sodium is consume is for me, and if I'm being healthy in other areas, I need to work on this too!
I'm a single mom to a beautiful 3 year old, and since I can't eat chicken nuggets and spaghetti every night, I'm usually just cooking for one. That makes it far to easy to reach for quick, high sodium meals.
I look forward to trying new recipes and trying to "re-train" my taste buds!
