sorry i thought it said you couldnt afford the equipment.. you can get something like a step stool and do step exercises while watching tv.. add weights and even better.. :)

I hear yah.. I walked around the loop in my kitchen living room dining room area for a while.. look on craigs list.. or a swap it guide.. you never know when you can find one cheap.. i found my guizell and stationary bike on craigs list and uncle henrys..

I wish I had a bigger place where I can have some exercise equipment. Maybe one day I'll move out of this little place. I can't afford a gym and think it'll help me daily if i had a treadmill or an elliptical

I am back again.. I want to check in daily.. I think it keeps me more on track.. My food is pretty much on track lately as so is my walking.. but would like to use my elliptical more regularly.. Hoping I can get some motivation and help to motivate others..

I have watched food intake and the foods I eat and feel so much better.

I do currently track all my food and exercise.

Hi!!!

I am back again too. I was here from June 2012 to the middle of December 2012. I lost 22 pounds and then when the holidays came I lost my motivation. I do very good when I am motivated but then it takes me forever to get motivated again. I don't want to regain my weight and so far I have kept it off.

I need to force myself to exercise, drink more water and continue tracking.

This time around I need to do the message boards.

Welcome back Alex. You sound like you are doing great. I need your motivation.

Hi Alex,

Welcome back, and congrats on the weight you have lost so far!

You sound very active, so I am guessing that if you exercise portion control, and eat healthy foods, you will continue to lose and meet your goals.

Do you plan on tracking your food? That is a helpful way to stay focused and mindful of eating.

I was last here two years ago but I have wandered back! Mostly to sign up for the virtual 5ks but I thought I'd check in here anyway.

Last time I was here I weighed 313 pounds, currently at 257 and feeling a brand new person.

I'm 38, live in Southern Maine, Public Safety Dispatcher full time, volunteer firefighter, youth baseball and softball and high school basketball official in my spare time.

Would love to chat and make friends with people here.

My current goals right include my goal weight of 235, running 3 5k races improving my time on each. Currently doing the Sheriff's Office Run, Patriot Parents and Sea Dogs Father's Day races.

Please ask me any questions.
