Hi Lisa, I got the Wii Fit about a year ago. I got bored with picking an exercise each time. Then I go My Fitness Coach. It is fun but I am not very consistent something always comes up. Now I have Biggest Loser and I love it except once again I am not very disciplined or consistent with my workouts. My hubby on the other hand is dropping weight and loves it.
In a prebariatric program hoping to get approval for weight loss surgery.
I like the EA Active better. It's a better work out, more customizable, the demonstrating figures look more human, and it doesn't insult you. We picked up both, and I almost always use the EA Active. It doesn't require the Wii Fit board, but can use it.

Do you like it? Is it easy to use? Does it help you to be more consistent with exercise? What are your favorite workouts? Has cost been an obstacle to trying it? Has technological know-how been a reason to avoid it? Have you seen results since using it?
I was told today by a lady in Target that people are actually canceling gym memberships because they find the system so effective. I don't have Wii fit, but I do have Wii ...sports games. We are thinking of giving the Wii fit a try.
