Hi there! I must admit that I'm a little embarrassed to say I only want to lose 10 pounds, but for me I may as well say I need to lose 100 because it sems just as hard. I'm 53 and really haven't had any trouble with weight until Ms. Menopause came to visit and suddenly I had 10 extra pounds that I don't know how, or just can't lose. Maybe this is where I can learn. Anyone out there like me?
