hi nicolen! i just joined spark people and i noticed that your goal is very similar to mine. i was wondering if you could tell me how it's been for you to accomplish this, it seems like you've already lost 10 kg. it's amazing, did you follow the nutrient plan that the site provides? or do you also go to a specialist in person.... i'm kind of lost here, would you talk to me a little about your story?
