Three Goals: most of my goals are going to be the same... ill also be commenting on how i did in challenge 12 w these goals
1. start recording all food again. i have a program now for my phone so ill be doing it there**did very well with this last challenge,love the app only forgot 2 days and only ate bad maybe 6 days**
2. start over with c25k program and dont stop til its done, ill be working on weeks 1,2 and if i can 3 but i think ill be going at a slower pace bc im a terrible runner**did not do so well on this ... still struggling with consistensity on this still at level 1 but not giving up** wana complete no master level one by the end of this challenge.
3. have more energy and be more ambitious everyday. i come home from work at about 8pm m-th so this is kinda hard but i need to not just zone out with my remote so im going to...
a. do some kind of work out on my lunch mwt at my moms house*didnt do good at this**
b. library day on tues**this i am awesome at its theone thing i never fail at:)**
c. c25k on tues, fri and sun**BAAAAD job nicole**
d. NO tv (except shows i watch w chris) unless im on a bike! im going to make chris enforce this rule! i prolly watch 2-3 hrs of tv a nite why am i not on the bike i bought for that purpose?... if i wana watch tv i better be peddaling! **also very bad job**
4. do what fly lady tells me. dawns always talked about her before and i have a friend who was talking about it and i love her now!*started this last monday and ive been rocking!
