I am a Ph.D. student who recently having lost about 30-40lbs needs to lose about 25 more. However, winter vacations put a wrench in the works and suddenly I have gained about 5-7 lbs. I recently started tango lessons (so much fun!!) and I am hoping that losing the additional 25 lbs will help me feel more sexy tango dancer and less oh-my-god-I-hope-they-can't-feel-my-bulges-through-my-shirt girl! :)
Anyway, the bigger killer is the sweet stuff, so goal
1) Try to quit the habit of eating sugary stuff after a meal. I love fruits so that might help here.
2) Not graze mindlessly after coming back from a 9 p.m. class (3 days a week)
3) Get back on the exercise wagon. I am great once I get going so just need a push.
The irony: Just when my cupboards are purged of bad sugars, my friend brings me a box of chocolates she got from Romania. Lol! I love her but them chocolates are just going to have to wait!
