I've had PCOS for many years, but never gave it any importance until now that I've been wanting a baby. Weight is definitely the biggest issue. It's not easy, but you can lose it! My husband and I just joined a gym today and I'm very excited for the future.
You need to start focusing on the fact that your becoming a mom is more important than anything else- especially food!! That's what I'm trying to do and it has helped :)
