Hi and welcome to the team. So sorry for the loss of your little fur baby. They are forever in our hearts. Glad you've joined us. I have two kitties and their pictures are on my page.

Welcome to the team. You can consider yourself a Godmother to all my fur-babies. Pooh, canine; Horatio, feline and Messi and Savage, Chinese Pygmy Hamsters. Pooh seems quite sure that Messi and Savage are her puppies. Horatio thinks he's the master of the house, which basically means we all live to serve him and see to his comfort. Come to think of it he does get a small portion of cream on a bone china saucer twice a day..........hmmm maybe we humans are just taking-up space in his abode.
Once again welcome!

I'm new to the team. I was pleasantly invited by FLOWERDALEJEWEL after she read my thread on the other Dog Lovers Spark Team I belong to. I recently (Jan) lost my Jack Russell of 14 years to Congestive Heart Failure. She could hardly breathe without coughing & spewing up. Poor thing. So we are empty-nesters at the moment. We are planning on buying a house on a short sale by April 2013. We intend to only look at houses with fenced in backyards for the next baby we bring home. So I am not currently looking to adopt bec I live in a small apartment with little room for a dog. Although my Nellie adapted but she was sickly & slept alot. Not your typical Jack Russell! And that is the breed we just love. So when we have our yard we will begin the adoption procedures.
Until then thanks for the invitation to your group, you all sound great & I'm blessed to be with you guys, especially since it is such a small group & we all share the same interest. And I'd love to hear your adoption & rescue stories & please send lots of pictures. My husband (Sal) & I are very sad still.
As far as exercise I don't get any. I used to walk Nellie but now now & I can't bring myself to go to the gym alone. Anyone live in SE Florida (Fort Lauderdale)?
Looking forward to blogging with you all in the near future.
