lcome to the team! You will find we are very active. We mostly hang out in the narced divers lounge. You should stop in and say hi. Warning thou, we are a rowdy bunch, but fun. The people on this team are unbelievable! I have gotten so much encouragement and support from them. I consider them real friends not just spark buddies.

I assume with your name you like to lift. Me too. With young twins I didn't get much in these days but I love the bench. I want to do a bench press competition some day. When I was working out more and a lot smaller, I was up to 200 lbs. I think I could make 315 with the right training. What do you like best?

Hi all. I am new to this team. :-) I picked up administering the SparkDivers team, but noone's really on there anymore. So, here I am!

I earned my padi open water cert in Oct. 09 in the Dominican Republic (the diving was beautiful), did 3 dives, then went diving last year, another 3 dives, in Panama. The water wasn't as nice, but I did see more on my dives so it was really cool!

Anyway, here I am! emoticon
