Good morning! I'm new to the group, but not to SP. I've used it on and off for several years, and just yesterday got back on the wagon in terms of tracking calories, etc. I live in the Versailles/McKeesport area, and would love to connect with folks to take advantage of the walking/bike trail along the Yough. I'm looking forward to being more intentional and mindful in my weight loss journey than I have been of late. I lost 60 pounds a couple of years ago, and over the last two years, after moving back home to PA, gained 30 back...UGH!! So my plan is to get moving and become an overall more healthy person so I can shed the 30 I gained back and continue losing!
