I weigh weekly on Thursday or Friday AM. I view this as my Nutrisystem weight of the week, since I have had 4 100% Nutrisystem Days in a row.

I whole heartedly agree that it is just data and as long as you are feeling well and losing some amount of weight every month or 6-weeks, depending on how much you have lost or have left to lose, just carry on. I too find that after I lose about 10 lbs. there seems to be a lull then I start losing again I assume it is some sort of adjustment process.

I weigh daily. I have since I started NS. There are some unexplained gains and some unexplained losses but I've come to accept that the number doesn't define me. I also know the number won't make me quit because I realize that if I just stay on plan (and I shoot for 100% compliance every day) the weight will come off. There are stalls, but they don't last forever as long as you stick with the program. I usually get stuck for a week or so right before I drop into a new decade, then I usually bounce back up for a few days, then I settle back into a losing mode. Daily weighing has helped me see my body's patterns, especially those relating to PMS. I don't sweat the slight gain every month. For me, the number is just data.

I think whatever works for you is the "right" answer!
