Hi everybody! :) I'm Chee and I'm new to Sparkpeople. My friend recommended this site to me a month ago and I haven't started till today. So far it has been exciting to be on this website when I got to learn how to keep track of what I eat, learn different exercise I can do, and meeting new people! I'm hoping that I can lose the weight and keep it off. I've tried many times before and failed and now I'm at my second highest weight in my life. I've already trimmed off 8 lbs before joining this website, but I need more to go and that's why I've joined this website. Thanks for reading.
