Hi, I'm Rachel and I'm an overeater...haha! It's true! I joined spark people three days ago because I want a healthy relationship with food. I've dieted for the majority of the last year and lost 40 lbs. but I still would like to lose another 20-30. And more importantly, I would really like to have a normal relationship with food! I'm not interested in hiding what I've eaten, feeling guilty about something I've eaten, or being so strict that I go crazy. My first three days have gone really well! I know how to eat properly, but I don't always have the follow-through to keep it going. So, I'm hoping to find some encouragement and even some accountability. I'd love to know if there is anyone out there like me!
