I always hear same kind stories from my clients. it is so easy, when you build up your taste bud for other tastes like bitter, sour, etc instead of sugar, salt and oil eating different taste and color fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains, etc.

Practice serious wellness ....
The best way to avoid and resolve many chronic health condition is to be too healthy to have them!

Hi, I'm Rachel and I'm an overeater...haha! It's true! I joined spark people three days ago because I want a healthy relationship with food. I've dieted for the majority of the last year and lost 40 lbs. but I still would like to lose another 20-30. And more importantly, I would really like to have a normal relationship with food! I'm not interested in hiding what I've eaten, feeling guilty about something I've eaten, or being so strict that I go crazy. My first three days have gone really well! I know how to eat properly, but I don't always have the follow-through to keep it going. So, I'm hoping to find some encouragement and even some accountability. I'd love to know if there is anyone out there like me!
