OK! In order to help us get in our Fitness Minutes for the Easter Sunday Challenge, and to help us get in our water, fruits and vegetables, and special time for ourself, we are going to play a game of tag. This requires everyone's involvement, so I am hoping that I can get full commitment from each of you. Check into the thread in the Introduce Yourself to Team Forum daily. Read the last post, do what it says, then put in the next challenge for the next person. You can post on another team members page, to let them know, tag, they are it, or you can just leave the new post for the next member who checks in to do it. It will look like this.
Do 50 Jumping Jacks Tag, You're It!
I would post on say Stuffed Puppets page, Tag, You're It! and she would come to the post, do 50 Jumping Jacks and then put
Do 25 Wall Push-Ups Tag, You're It!
The next person to log on, would see the post, do the 25 Wall Push-ups, and then post another challenge for the next member.
We could say "Drink a cup of water! Eat something Green!" Whatever we put, just make sure it helps us meet whatever goals we are trying to accomplish here at Spark People.
