Hello! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get back on track? I have not exercised or tracked my food intake in 2-3wks. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks ladies!

Keep at it Journey!

I have walked 4 miles throughout the day. I am going to make committment, starting tomorrow to walk at least 5 miles = 10,000 steps a day in March.

I also did squats every time I went to the bathroom today = 50 squats

Hello...signing in to say that I did complete Day 1 of the 30 day Shred...didn't do the elliptical last night but tonight I will do Day 2 of 30 day shred and 1 hour of elliptical....

hello....signing in to say I will do 30 day shred Level 1 tonight as well as 30 minutes on the elliptical.....will post tomorrow for amount of calories burned....

Good Morning....Checking in to say I did good last night....30 minutes on elliptical with intervals, 1.6 miles and 473 calories burned...didn't do great on my water intake but working on it....Carls jr for dinner wasn't the best choice so I'm working on that too.....

have a great, positive healthy day...

Today it was all about the legs. Legs lift front back side to side. Walked up the stairs at work ran down. 50 crunches.

Today was a good day.

1st goal Down 20lbs by 2/14/2011

Got my cardio in, now to make sure I walk at least a mile today. I have not put on my pedometer yet. I think Leslie Sansone's WATP might need to help me again today.

Slipped on the pedometer and got in an extra 4000 steps!
