Hello! I have gain and lost weight too many times to count. I was skinny until college. BUT I never had good eating habits.Since then it's been a roller coaster. I'm a psychologist, I took a nutrition class in college, and I know how weight loss works. Putting the knowledge into action is so very difficult. It's not like you can stop eating (like you can stop smoking). I figure if I just keep trying, something will connect eventually. I'm hoping the social support of this community will help.
