I have just ordered my first shipment from Diet to go in hopes of eating better and controlling what I eat. I have been too stressed out and too busy to prepare my own meals and eating out daily has been quite expensive.
I'm petite at 5'0' and weigh currently at 128lbs. I would like to lose 28 pounds for the summer time.
I chose the 1200 cal low fat traditional 3 meals a day plan and the shipment should be coming in next week. I'll keep you updated on how well the meal plan is helping me lose the weight. I am also exercising at least 3 times a week at the gym and using the treadmill for at least 30mins with the interval training mode.
I did do Insanity workout for a week in February this year, but it made me dizzy each time I did it, so I had to stop and just decided to join a gym membership instead.
