I have just ordered my first shipment from Diet to go in hopes of eating better and controlling what I eat. I have been too stressed out and too busy to prepare my own meals and eating out daily has been quite expensive.
I'm petite at 5'0' and weigh currently at 128lbs. I would like to lose 28 pounds for the summer time.
I chose the 1200 cal low fat traditional 3 meals a day plan and the shipment should be coming in next week. I'll keep you updated on how well the meal plan is helping me lose the weight. I am also exercising at least 3 times a week at the gym and using the treadmill for at least 30mins with the interval training mode.
I did do Insanity workout for a week in February this year, but it made me dizzy each time I did it, so I had to stop and just decided to join a gym membership instead.
Oh, I'm jealous. Living in the middle of nowhere has a lot of benefits...but one of the drawbacks is not being able to get any of the fresh food delivery services. Food delivered on dry ice is just not quite the same.

DietToGo can deliver fresh in a number of cities. I'm in San Francisco and they have pickup locations here as well. I chose to get the delivered food instead, as their pickup times didn't work with my schedule. The food arrives frozen in trays for each meal.
So far I like it a lot, although I wish the sodium levels were a little lower.

They are based in the DC/metro area. They freshly prepare meals that you pick up a set locations 2x a week. You have a lowfat, vegetarian, or low carb option. If you live out of that area they will delivery your food frozen to your doorstep weekly. I used to live in MD and the food was fresh (not frozen), and really delicious! I lost 30lbs back then on their program.

Hi Ladies, I just received my Diet to Go WEEK 5 package today. I think you all are probably on WEEK 1 correct? I unpacked my food and Im very eager to start tonight! I am also doing lowfat 1200 cal. I pray that I'm not hungry because...I can eat 1200 cal in one meal (which is why my behind is big now ;-). Are you ladies incorporating snacks? Are you hungry? Working out? I've started doing my Turbo Jam videos again. I'm thinking of ordering Slim in 6 dvd's this week. Just trying to stay consistant. I'm about to send you all a friend request!
I just finished my first week on Diet to Go. It's really hard to find a support network of users. I really with I had someone to email and help in the support area. Please contact me if anyone wants to be a buddy and work on this together. :)
I just called Diets to Go today, Im trying to decide betwen DTG and Jenny Craig. Im leaning more towards diet to go since ive done them before with great success.Last time I did low carb, but she advised me to do 1200 cal Lowfat. What plan are you on?' Good Luck, Sabrina
