Hi! I am new to sparkpeople (joined yesterday). My new years resolution for 2013 was to lose weight and get my health under control. Since then I have lost over 100 pounds. I could have lost more, but I fell off the diet wagon so many times. I joined sparkpeople hoping that tracking my food will help me stay on track this time. My new motto is "If I eat it log it". I also purchased a fitbit to help keep me motivated. I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the spine and hips. I also have neuropathy, but I am determined to keep moving.
