Hi there. Welcome to this team.
I hope there is someone on the team who can relate to your particular problem. In the meantime, we are here to support you in whatever way we can.
Hoping that 2013 will be a good year for you mobility wise.

Hello everyone. I am 42 yrs old and recovering from a double lumbar fusion performed in July. I am still going to PT three times a week for at least several more months. I've come a long way, but other than very mild core work while laying on heat at PT, all else I can do it walk, and being winter I only walk on treadmill now for 15 minutes at a time. I know I cannot do many things ever again even once I fully recover, so I'm wondering how others who have hardware in their spine still stay in shape and stay active? Also, once you had this surgery did the rest of your spine and body begin to let you down as mine has?
