to the team. It's not easy to lose when you have joint or knee issues, but it can be done. Take it one day at a time, If you like the water aqua classes or swimming may be your answer. Keep trying till you find what works. It will be worth the effort in the end.
Hi Carolyn Welcome to the team. It's not easy to lose weight after the age of 50 - at least that is what I have found, but it could be because of the arthritis too. Remember not to get discouraged - just take it one day at a time, one pound at a time.
