I'm overwhelmed with the number of replies to my post. Spark People are the best. I feel sad that I'm getting more support from people I've never met, than my own family. I'm truly touched by the results. I did 10 minutes of exercise Monday and tonight. It's not much, but it's a step in the right direction. I feel stronger & more determined. Thank you so much

Hi,. I'm making changes in my life. Getting healthy ..as well as getting serious about exercise. Working on positive self talk not negative. Learning how to love myself. The past year has been difficult . I learned that I had Fibromyalgia, RA, Sjogrens Syndrome . I'm still trying to accept it all. I do know this is going to be a long journey, it won't be easy, but in the end will be worth it. I could use some support and motivation. Thanks for listening Vicki
