Welcome Sandra. Do what you can. Walking has become a challenge for me some days. Losing weight is easier said than done but hang in there, I know we can all do it. It takes as long as it takes to reach our goals.

Hi I have arthritis and I am over weigh.I can walk on good days and left some weights. I have to loss weight.

I am not pussyfooting around. :)

Welcome! I am just beginning my journey also. I have osteo and beginnings of RA....and am limited in my mobility. I have a hip that is gone, but because of other issues, not ready for hip surgery just yet. So, am in a mobility chair. So happy for you that you are pain free now...that helps so much. May God bless you on your journey....and looking forward to seeing you and hearing about your exercise plan. I am also trying to find something that I can do in the chair.

I have joined Sparks and this team. My arthritis is Osteo but many doctors when looking at me will tell me it has to be RA because of the way it looks. I retake all the tests only to find out my original diagnose was correct. Strangely, right now I am functioning very well and am happy that God is allowing me to be virtually pain free. I do have very stiff joints and lumps in the muscles from the arthritis which I have not done much to change. In the past, all exercise has created pain and illness however, I am earnestly seeking a form of exercise that will allow me to 1. take the weight off, 2. reduce my size to ease the tension on my body and 3. create a better self-image of my body.
I know that only with God's help and my sticking to it can these goals be accomplished.
