Glad to have you as part of this group. I was looking on UTube and found quite a few videos of yoga for arthritis. A lot of them has to do with your feet and it may be a good place to start. I have heard that a lot of your pain sensors are located in your feet and that if you have healthy feet that you will feel better. I am going to try a few of them myself, since a lot of my pain is located in my feet and hands. Hopefully, it will relieve some of the other pains that I have also.
This man is hard to understand, but I am going to give his way a try. I like the fact that he is slow and it is subtitled.
