Make sure that you drink LOTS of water daily. That is what helps to get the toxins out of your body as you lose and it also helps to keep the joints lubricated.
I know the feelings with the knees. I have a cardio glide I work out on whenever my sciatic nerve and knees let me. With the issues that our body gives us, we just need to do what we can, when we can as far as exercise goes.
