Staying motivated is definitely a challenge in itself. They often say around here, "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change" and that's the direction to go in thinking about this journey we're on.

Hello, I'm a 30-year old mother of two. I read an article in All You magazine and decided to give this try. I have lost weight many times before and generally find it easy to lose 15-20 pounds, but then the diet gets old and I gain it all back. I'm hoping that with all of the cool features of this program I will stay motivated to lose it all and keep it off.
