I understand the feeling. I started working out in Janurary of this year. I ended up having surgery at the begining of Feburary. It was a laproscopic removal of my gallbladder. My dr cleared me to workout 2 weeks after my surgery but it took me a month to get back into it. I the one thing you have going for you is having the drive to get back in there and pretty much start all over and I admire that. It is time to take care of yourself and it is just an hour a day when you devote the rest to other things. Congrats and I look forward to hearing of your progress.

I once read an article once about people who had successful life changes, It turns out they had several starts and stops before getting where they were. So you're on the way to a successful life change.
Hi Jenn- I'm glad you found your way back. Okay, so big deal... you wanted to start in March, and it's now June 1st and you are just getting on track. You only lost 3 months - AND YOU ARE BACK!!!! That is GREAT news! You could have let it slip to September, or next January, or never... So I say CONGRATS! And GOOD JOB for coming back!

Just saying hello and giving a brief intro. I am a straggler, what can I say. Meant to start this in March but that didn't happen so here were are. Will check in daily but will need loads of help to stay on track I think.. ok I will.
I'm 29 and Canadian. Currently a nurse but in the future an MD (or that is the ultimate plan). I have no children or SO at present. Suppose the right person will come along at some point.
I love the north and the outdoors but my f/t job gets in the way of me being able to take off to the cottage. RATS! I also love riding my horse, but am at a bit of stand still on that at the moment.
Was very into the gym awhile ago and feel that is where I need to get back to.
