These points are only for SparkEmails that you have to subscribe to. They have a button at the bottom to click and get your point for reading it. You can find these by going to your account. It is in the email preferences on a tab marked 'Community'. You usually only get 5 or 6 of these in a day, but you can read ones you have missed and get points on whatever day you read them.
You are so cool to do this for us. I have been here long enough to know all this stuff, and my son just told me about the friend feed the other day! So how come I never get a point for reading emails, when I read tons of them?
I have noticed that sometimes when I enter something (like mileage) with time it also counts it as fitness time, even though I have that entered in my cardio already. I have been entering the mileage with time and it seems to work OK.

My Spark Fitness minutes show a larger number than I thought I had posted on my trackers.
Like today, it shows 118 minutes when I only posted 78 total minutes on the tracker.
Is there a reason for the discrepancy?
Or am I not logging in the minutes correctly?

You can change your calories count on your start page. If you scroll down to the bottom, there is a My Goals section. If you click on the calorie consumption one, it should recalculate based on your new information.
I know the avatar comes from another site. I will try to find out what it is.
Question.... I lost weight and was told I should revise my calorie count but I don't know how to do that on SP. Any place I should go to? Thanks.
I've seen several SP with avatar "before" pictures along with progress/after avatar (if that is what you call computer generated human being!)
How do they do that?
Go to your SparkPage and choose the Edit my SparkPage. Once that opens, go about half way down the page and you will see a section to set up your weight loss ticker.
How do you add the weight tracker that appears at the bottom of your posts?
